CharGrid is designed to work offline and to keep your puzzle activity on your device. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use the app, its optional Apple services, this website, or support.

Information in the app

Your puzzles, answers, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. CharGrid does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers.

Optional Apple services

If you choose to enable iCloud, Apple may store and sync CharGrid data in your private iCloud account. If you choose to use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity and leaderboard submissions. These services are operated by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy policy and your device settings.

Support

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond, investigate issues, and maintain support records, and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or legal obligations.

This website

This is a static informational website. It does not set cookies, create user accounts, or include analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider may process limited technical logs, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices

You can disable iCloud or Game Center in Apple’s system settings. You can remove local CharGrid data by deleting the app. To ask about support correspondence or this policy, email admin@chargrid.app.

Changes

We may update this policy as CharGrid changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
