These terms govern your use of the CharGrid app and website. By using CharGrid, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Using CharGrid

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CharGrid on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your content and conduct

You remain responsible for puzzle files or other content you import or share. Do not use CharGrid to violate law, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.

Availability

We work to keep CharGrid reliable, but do not promise that every feature or connected Apple service will always be available. Features may change as the app develops.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CharGrid is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
